Warranty Agreement Of Loka Variable Frequency Drive

1. The warranty period of Loka variable frequency drive is eighteen months (subject to the information of the VFD body bar code), and the normal use of the warranty period is in accordance with the instruction manual of VFD. If the variable frequency drive breaks down or is damaged, our company is responsible for free maintenance.

2. During the warranty periodof VFD, due to the following reasons for damage, will be charged a certain amount of maintenance costs:

A, Frequency converter damage caused by the use of errors and their own unauthorized repair, modification;

B, Frequency converter damage caused by fire, flood, abnormal voltage, other natural disasters and secondary disasters;

C, Hardware damage caused by man-made fall and transportation after purchase;

D, Frequency converter damage caused by not operating according to the user manual provided by our company;

E, Failure and damage caused by obstacles other than the machine (such as external equipment factors);

3. When the VFD fails or is damaged, please fill in the contents of the "Product Warranty Card" correctly and in detail.

4. The maintenance fee shall be charged in accordance with the newly adjusted Maintenance Price List of our company.

5. This warranty card will not be reissued under normal circumstances, please be sure to keep this card, and show it to the maintenance personnel during the warranty.

6. In the process of service, if there is any problem of the variable frequency drive, please contact our agent or our company in time.
