The soft starter comes with eighteen months warranty and lifetime technical guidance service from the date of purchase.

Disclaimer: Soft starter malfunctions caused by the following reasons are not covered by warranty services even within the warranty period.

1.The user does not follow the procedures listed in the "User Manual" for correct operation.
2.The user repaired or modified the product withoutcommunicating with the manufacturer, resulting in product fault.
3.Malfunctions caused by users using the product beyond the standard usage range.
4.Abnormal aging or malfunction of soft startercomponents caused by poor user usage environment.
5.Soft starter damage caused by earthquake, fire, wind, lightning, abnormal voltage or other natural disasters.
6.Soft starter damage caused by improper transportation method selection or other external factors during the transportation process after the user purchases the product.

In the following situations, the manufacturer has the right to refuse to provide warranty services for the soft starter.

1.When the brand, trademark, serial number, nameplate and other markings indicated by the manufacturer in the product are damaged or can not be recognized.
2.When the user fails to pay based on the sale contractsigned by both parties.
3.When the user conceals the improper use of product during installation, wiring, operation, maintenance, or other processes from the manufacturer's after-sales service provider.
