LCRV6-A external bypass soft starter, the internal has not contactor, so in the outside of bypass soft starter, it requires an additional AC contactor to match the rated current of motor. It needs the relay to control the running of bypass contactor to take over the thyristor which has completed the starting task, and supply full voltage for the normal operation of the motor to reduce the heat loss of thyristor, when the motor runs up to the rated speed. The merits of LCRV6-A external bypass soft starter is that the price of it is not expensive, and it can on the basis of the actual needs choose different specifications of bypass contactor, and at the same time it can achieve the operation of many motors controlled by one bypass soft starter.
